In the facade, the “White corner mountain”stone was used, which gave the building a refined character and a distinctive radiance, so that the result was manifested in a project that expresses the beauty of classical architecture in a renewed modern spirit.”

Designed to reflect the grandeur of Andalusian classical architecture, this project stands out with its elegance and meticulous detailing. It was completed in four months using premium-grade white Sarmada stone, known for its luxurious texture and serene hue.
The execution was managed by a fully coordinated team consisting of one engineer and six workers, in collaboration with Prim Singh General Contracting and under the supervision of Smart Idea Engineering Consultants. The result is a precisely crafted classical façade that embodies refined taste in the heart of Al Riyadh City – Abu Dhabi.
